Secure your home early within the construction stages and you may be able to choose from our extensive range of finishes from kitchen units, natural oak or stone worktops, flooring, luxury carpets, wall colours and additional fixtures and fittings. The earlier the better so you can personalise your property making your new home unique to you.

Each LHG home can be adapted with a selection of stylish extras depending on your needs. Choose additional fixtures & fittings or upgrade certain aspects of your home that can all be ready and waiting for the day you move in.

Extra options may include:

  • Carpets: a range of luxury silk and high quality yarns

Buying your LHG home made easy - our support & advice
The sales of our new homes are conducted both directly with our buyers and through support with our agent partners. Our general support and advice is on offer as we want the process of buying to be as easy as possible.

Finding a Mortgage
Mortgages are available subject to status and valuation. Subject to the pre-sales valuations and your evaluated personal circumstances, we are able to assist in arranging for your mortgage to be placed with an approved leading financial institution to deal with your application.

Instructing a Solicitor
Using a solicitor or licensed conveyancer that someone has recommended will give you the confidence that they will do a good job. They will normally be required to handle the legal aspects of buying your new home with us. Ideally this should be one who is familiar with the development itself or at least the local area of the scheme.

Most firms will provide you with an estimate of all the costs to be incurred and will require full details of your purchase together with the agreed date for exchange of contracts.

Move-in assistance & after sales care
If you need further assistance such as moving your furniture in to your new LHG home we may be able to offer our help to do so – simply check with us near the time.

We want you to settle in and be comfortable very soon at this most exciting period. Furthermore long after you’ve moved in we are contactable for further advice and support to all of our buyers whose business we are grateful for.
